D-Link offers a solid video camera,  Image quality is decent you can recognize people, but it isn't broadcast quality by any means. The IPhone app works great, very intuitive and easy to use.  The admin interface for the camera is very good. You can control the resolution,brightness,audio and some more advanced features from it.
